These Terms govern your use of the VISIBLE platform, accessible at the URL provided to you upon sign-up.
“Platform” means the VISIBLE web application and all associated features, tools, and AI-generated outputs.
“Subscriber” or “you” means the individual or business entity that has registered for an account.
“Subscription” means your paid access plan to the Platform.
“Content” means any text, strategy, messaging, brand guidance, or other material generated by the Platform or submitted by you.
“Brand DNA” means the brand profile data you input into the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use VISIBLE. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
If you are registering on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
VISIBLE is primarily intended for users based in the United Kingdom. Access is available internationally, but you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful in all countries.
VISIBLE operates on a subscription basis. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and available plans are displayed at sign-up and may be updated from time to time. You will be given notice of any price changes before they take effect.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method at the applicable billing interval until cancellation.
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT where applicable. UK-based subscribers will be charged VAT at the prevailing rate. International subscribers are responsible for any applicable local taxes.
Your Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. There is no minimum contract term and no cancellation fee.
To cancel, you must notify us by emailing tanya@tngdesigns.co.uk or by using the cancellation option within your account settings.
30-Day Notice Period: Cancellations are subject to a 30-day notice period. This means your cancellation will take effect 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation request. You will retain full access to the Platform during this 30-day period.
For example: if you cancel on 1 September, your access will continue until 1 October, after which your account will be deactivated and no further charges will be made.
After cancellation takes effect, your account data (including Brand DNA and generated content) will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for:
Consumer statutory rights: If you are a consumer (not purchasing in the course of a business), you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. However, by ticking the consent box at sign-up and beginning to use the Platform immediately, you expressly request that the service commences before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel under these Regulations will be lost once the service has been fully performed. For subscriptions where the service is ongoing and not yet fully performed, you may exercise your statutory right within 14 days of the start of the Subscription by contacting us at tanya@tngdesigns.co.uk, in which case a pro-rata refund for unused days may apply during that initial 14-day window only.
Nothing in this Section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
VISIBLE uses artificial intelligence to generate brand strategy, messaging, content ideas, and other outputs based on the Brand DNA you provide. You acknowledge and agree that:
The Platform includes a “Suggest a Feature” tool that allows you to submit ideas, requests, and feedback (“Suggestions”).
By submitting a Suggestion, you agree that:
This clause does not affect your ownership of the Brand DNA and other content you input into the Platform (see Section 10).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you are in breach of this Section.
Our IP: The VISIBLE platform, including its name, design, software, branding, visual identity, methodologies, and underlying AI systems, is the intellectual property of TNG Designs Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our IP except the limited licence to use the Platform during your active Subscription.
Trademark: “VISIBLE” and “VISIBLE by TNG Designs” are trademarks of TNG Designs Ltd (Company No. 12241351). You must not use these names, logos, or branding in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with TNG Designs without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our trademarks may constitute trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
Copyright: All content, copy, design, imagery, structural frameworks, methodologies, and AI-powered systems within the Platform are protected by copyright © TNG Designs Ltd. Reproduction, distribution, scraping, repackaging, or creating derivative works from any part of the Platform — whether manually or via automated means — is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
Your content: You retain ownership of the Brand DNA data and other content you input into the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service to you.
Generated outputs: AI-generated outputs produced by the Platform using your Brand DNA data are provided to you for your own commercial use. We do not claim ownership of personalised outputs created specifically for your account. However, all generic structural elements, frameworks, templates, methodologies, and system prompts remain the exclusive intellectual property of TNG Designs Ltd and may not be reproduced, shared, or commercialised.
Infringement: We take intellectual property infringement seriously. Any suspected copying, plagiarism, or misuse of our platform, branding, or proprietary systems should be reported to tanya@tngdesigns.co.uk. We reserve the right to take legal action against any party that infringes our intellectual property rights.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at tanya@tngdesigns.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Each Subscription is for use by a single individual only. Sharing account access with others is not permitted unless you have purchased a plan that explicitly includes multi-user access.
We aim to maintain high availability of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of planned downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
If you are a consumer, you may have additional statutory rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms.
The Platform is operated from the United Kingdom. If you access the Platform from outside the UK, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction, including laws relating to data protection, consumer rights, and advertising.
We do not represent that the Platform or its content is appropriate, available, or lawful in all countries. Users in jurisdictions where subscription services, AI-generated content, or online marketing platforms are restricted or regulated must obtain any necessary local authorisations before using the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
We will always attempt to resolve disputes informally in the first instance. Please contact us at tanya@tngdesigns.co.uk before initiating any formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by an in-platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your Subscription in accordance with Section 5 before the changes take effect.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
